Our Chinese Beef noodles are served Chow Mein style with cabbage, carrots, and Taiwan Noodles.  Marinated Chicken is grilled with the noodles in a our secret Sichuan Style sauce made with soy sauce, cooking wine, ginger, and garlic.

Made with Australian Chilled Beef which is marinated and then cooked Sous Vide for 12 hours to deliver amazing tenderness and flavor !!!
