Brined Chicken breast filet with Parmesan breading melted Mozzarella cheese. Served on a bed of Fettucine Fresca topped with our famous Pomodoro Sauce, Kalamata Olives, Fresh Herbs and Fresh grated Parmesan.

Served with a side of Mediterranean Grilled Vegetables of the day

We use only top grade Italian Tomatoes for extra flavor
